Mergn Welcomes Irtaza Babar as Finance Associate

Mergn is excited to welcome Irtaza Babar as our new Accounts and Finance Associate, joining the growing Finance & Operations function at the company.

In her role, Irtaza will help strengthen the way we manage revenue, keep our financial records structured, and support internal teams with the data they need to make informed decisions.

She will also oversee smooth payment tracking, accurate reporting, and clear coordination across clients and financial partners, helping Mergn stay organized and ready for its next stage of growth.

Before joining Mergn, Irtaza gained experience across finance, analytics, and operations in multiple organizations. Her background includes work on:

• Improving billing accuracy and reporting processes
• Building dashboards and financial analysis frameworks
• Streamlining invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking
• Supporting teams with forecasting and operational insights

Her blend of analytical thinking, operational discipline, and problem-solving mindset makes her a strong addition to the team. She also brings hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, Notion, and modern workflow platforms that help teams stay efficient.
